CHOCOLATE SANDWICH

INGREDIENTS
4 bread slices
1/4 cup softened butter( salted or unsalted)
2-3 tbsp chocolate syrup (optional)
1/2 cup grated chocolate ( dark or milk chocolate) ( I used dark chocolate or it becomes too sweet)

METHOD
Take bread slices, trim the edges if you want. Apply softened butter, spread chocolate syrup. Add grated chocolate on all the slices.


Now keep one slice on the other facing the grated chocolate bread on top not down as shown in pic 4 below. Keep 3 slices on each other facing grated chocolate on top and close with last slice facing grated chocolate down and plain side on top. (refer pic.6)

Now toast this on tawa or grill sandwich maker till bread becomes golden in colour.

Slice in triangular shape, garnish with more chocolate syrup (optional) and serve.

1. Apply soft butter on bread slices, trim the edges if you want.









2. Put chocolate syrup.

3. Put grated chocolate on each slice.










4. Keep one slice on the other facing grated chocolate slice upward like this.








5. Keep third slice same way.








6. Close with last slice like this.








7. Toast the bread on tawa or in sandwich maker.














8. Cut in triangular shape.














9. Drizzle some more chocolate syrup if you wish.
