HOMEMADE MANGO KULFI IN JUST 2 MINUTES

INGREDIENTS
1 peeled and chopped Mango
1 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp condensed milk
1 tbsp thick cream (optional)



METHOD
Blend all the ingredients together to make a smooth paste. Pour into kulfi molds and freeze for at least 5-6 hours.

ALWAYS TASTE BEFORE FREEZING AND ADJUST SUGAR LEVEL DEPENDING ON THE SWEETNESS OF MANGO.

 1. Take one peeled and chopped mango






















2. condensed milk 2 tbsp.














3. Blend them all with 1 tbsp sugar.






















4. Take puree in a bowl.






















5. Puree should be of little thick consistency. Like this.





















6. Fill this puree in molds.





















7. Close the mold and freeze for at least 5-6 hours.





















8. After 6 hours. Enjoy this yummy kulfi.

it's so easy to make, i tried it, can we add something else in place of milkmaid

you can add thick cream and increase the quantity of sugar in case you are not adding milkmaid.
