INGREDIENTS
2 cup besan
1/2 cup ghee + 1 tbsp(clarified butter)
1 cup tagar / boora
1 tsp cardamom powder (elachi powder)
METHOD
Sieve besan. Add ghee in heavy bottomed pan, add besan and roast till it becomes fragrant and golden in colour.
As soon as it turns golden in colour, turn off the flame and let it come down to room temperature.
In case, besan is too brown, transfer in other bowl to cool it down.
Once it come down to room temperature add powdered sugar. Mix well.
Make round balls of desired size.
Store in air-tight jar for 20-30 days and serve it to kids with warm glass of milk.
