NUTELLA MARSHMALLOW SQUARES

INGREDIENTS
1 cup Nutella
1/2 cup dark chocolate (I used Morde dark chocolate)
1/4 cup chocolate chips (optional)
1/4 cup puffed rice (murmure)
1/2 cup marshmallows (cut or chop in small cubes)


 








METHOD
Dry roast puffed rice for 1-2 minutes. Don't turn it brown. Let it cool down completely.

Either cut the marshmallows with kitchen scissor or chop with knife. Keep aside.

In microwave safe bowl, mix Nutella, dark chocolate and chocolate chips. Micro for 30 seconds stir and micro again for 30 seconds, do this process 2-3 time or till chocolate is melted completely.

Add some chopped marshmallows and puffed rice. Mix well.

Take dish, keep butter paper or foil, spread some marshmallows on the base, this step is optional.

Now put nutella and marshmallow mix. Spread it evenly.

Refrigerate for 30 minutes to 1 hour. Cut in desired shape and enjoy these crispy and chewy squares.

 1. In microwave, melt together dark chocolate, Nutella and chocolate chips.










 2. Till completely melted.










3. Put puffed rice and chopped marshmallows.











 4. Mix well.










 5. Spread some marshmallows on the surface of the dish.










6. Put Nutella mix over it.










 7. Refrigerate for 30 minutes to 1 hours.










8. Cut in squares.















9. Enjoy.
