PEACH DRINK

Serves: 2 glasses

INGREDIENTS     
3 washed, de-seeded and peeled peaches
3/4 glass of water for 1 glass
1/4 carbonated soda for 1 glass
pinch of black salt
4 tsp sugar
some mint leaves
some ice-cubes


METHOD
Chop peaches roughly and blend them with sugar and black salt to make smooth paste.


Pour the thick paste in glass (nearly 3-4 tbsp in one glass) with some mint leaves.



Now add water till 3/4 of glass, drop in some ice-cubes. Top remaining 1/4 with soda. Give a good stir so that puree dissolves completely.

Serve chilled.

ADJUST SUGAR LEVEL ACCORDING TO THE SWEETNESS OF FRUIT AND ONE'S TASTE.

 
ADDING LIMCA ENHANCES THE TASTE.

1. This is the size of peach I had.











2. Blend together peeled peaches, black salt and sugar.











3. Puree fine.










4. Take glass add mint leaves.










5. Add 3-4 tbsp of peach puree.












6. Add water till 3/4 level, then top with soda nearly 1/4 level.










7. Give a good stir so that the puree dissolves completely. Add good amount of ice-cubes.


8. Ready to serve.
