QUICK PEACH KULFI


SERVES: 6-7 KULFIS

INGREDIENTS
1 cup peeled and chopped peaches (6-7 big or10-12 small washed and peeled peaches)

1/2 cup condensed milk or 1/2 cup powdered sugar
1/2 cup cream


METHOD
Grind peeled peaches. If using sugar add and grind together. Add milkmaid, cream and give it a churn.


Pour in kulfi moulds and let it freezer for 8-9 hours or overnight. Before serving dip the mould in room temperature water for just a second and de-mould. Serve.

1. This is the size of peach I used.














2. Peel.













3. Chop, it should be 1 cup.












4. Blend the peaches to make puree, add 1/2 cup milkmaid.










5. Add 1/2 cup cream. I used Amul fresh cream.










6. Churn again.










7. Put in the moulds.




8. Cover and freeze.


9. Before serving dip the mould in room temperature water for just a second. De-mould and enjoy!
