DAHI KABAB

INGREDIENTS

1 cup hung curd
1/2 cup grated paneer
1 boiled and mashed potatoes
1 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp chopped green chillies (optional)
1 cup bread crumbs or cornflour
salt to taste
oil for deep fry

METHOD

Mix paneer, potatoes and curd. Add salt, pepper and green chillies. Mix well and make small balls of it. In a plate, spread breadcrumbs or cornflour. Coat the balls in either of it and deep fry till golden brown.


HUNG CURD IS MADE BY HANGING CURD IN MUSLIN CLOTH FOR 2-3 HOURS.

YOU CAN MAKE FILLING TOO BY MIXING CHOPPED CASHEW-NUTS, RAISINS AND CHOPPED GREEN CHILI. IT TASTE AWESOME.
