INGREDIENTS
2 cups whole wheat flour (Atta)
3/4 cup sugar1 1/2 cup mashed banana
1/2 cup oil (I used canola oil)
3/4 cup water or plant based milk
1/3 cup choco-chips
1.5 tsp baking powder
3/4 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon powder
pinch of nutmeg
METHOD
Mix together mashed banana, oil and sugar. Beat till oil is incorporated well.
Sift flour, add baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon powder and nutmeg.
Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients.
Add water little by little and keep mixing.
Add choco-chips.Transfer in greased 7"inches cake tin.
Bake in pre-heated oven at 180 degree celsius for 35-40 minutes.
Let it cool down completely, slice and enjoy!
