CHOCOLATE BARK / CHOCOLATE NUTS BARK

INGREDIENTS
1 cup dark chocolate
1/2 mixed nuts (I used almonds, cashews, pistachios and cranberry)

METHOD
Slice nuts according to desired shape. Dry roast on low flame for 2-3 minutes. Keep aside.

Take pan filled with water, let water boil, reduce the flame to low and keep another heat resistant bowl, make sure the bowl is completely dry, even a drop of water will ruin the chocolate.

Put roughly chopped dark chocolate and let it melt completely, once its melt, pour it on silicon sheet or in baking tray lined with parchment paper. Spread melted chocolate and immediately top nuts over it, press the nuts lightly with the back of spoon.

Let it set in fridge or freezer for 10-15 minutes. Slice roughly as barks are supposed to be enjoyed this way!!

Store in air-tight jar for a month or more.
