EGG-LESS LAVA CAKE / WHOLE WHEAT LAVA CAKE

Serves:  10-12 lava muffins
Ingredients 
For Ganache:
1 cup dark chocolate
1/2 cup cream 


For Batter:
1 cup whole wheat flour (Atta)
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1 cup powdered sugar
1/2 cup oil
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 +1/4 cup water



METHOD
Melt chocolate add cream and set in fridge for 15-20 minutes.

Take out 1 tbsp of ganache and keep in plate. Keep the plate back in fridge by the time you prepare batter.

For Batter:
Sieve flour and add all the ingredients mentioned under batter ingredients.

Pour batter in muffin moulds till 1/2, place ganache ball and cover it with 1 tbsp of batter.

Bake in pre-heated oven for 15 minutes at 180 Celsius.

Remove from oven, de-mould and enjoy lava....
