GLUTEN- FREE CHOCOLATE COOKIE

INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup rice flour
1/4 cup softened butter
1/2 cup powdered sugar
2 tbsp cocoa powder
1-2 tbsp milk

METHOD
Mix rice flour and cocoa powder, add softened butter and rub it with your fingertips.

Add powdered sugar. Add milk and combine together to make dough.

Pre-heat oven at 180 degree and bake it for 12-14 minutes.
