INGREDIENTS
6-8 leftover idlis
1 cup besan (gram-flour)
1/2 tsp corainder masala
1/2 tsp garam masala
1/2 tsp ajwian (carom seeds)
salt to taste
warm water for batter
METHOD
Cut leftover idlis in four portions. Keep aside.
In a bowl, take besan, add all the dried spices and make thick batter using warm water.
Coat chopped idlis well in batter and deep fry.

2. Cut into 4 equal parts.
3. Take besan, add salt and all the spices.
4. Make thick batter using warm water.
5. Coat idlis well in batter.
6. From all the sides.
7. Deep fry.
8. Serve hot!!
