INGREDIENTS
1 cup gram flour (Besan)
1 cup whole wheat flour (Atta)
1/4 tsp baking soda
3/4 cup clarified butter (Ghee)
2 cup powdered sugar
1/2 tsp powdered cardamom (Elachi powder)
1/4 cup thick curd
METHOD
Sieve gram flour (besan), Atta (whole wheat flour) and baking soda. Add 1/2 tsp powdered cardamom(elachi).
Add powdered sugar, mix well. Now add thick curd and ghee and make smooth dough.
Keep it in fridge for 20-30 minutes.
Pre-heat oven at 180°C.
Take medium portion of dough and make medium sized balls.
Grease baking tray and bake it for 10-15 minutes or till base is golden in colour.
Take out from oven and let it rest for 5 minutes and serve!!
