CHOCOLATE COCONUT CANDY

INGREDIENTS
1 cup desiccated coconut (finely powdered dried coconut)
1/4 cup chopped dried cherry or tutti- fruity
1/4 cup choco chips (optional)
¾ cup milkmaid cold
1 cup melted dark chocolate/choco chips/normal milk chocolate
1 tsp cream


 

FOR SERVING:
1 cabbage
aluminium foil
6-7 toothpicks

METHOD
Mix desiccated coconut, chopped dried cherry, choco-chips and milkmaid to form a smooth binding. Make small balls with it and refrigerate for 1 hour. Melt chocolate in double boiler or microwave add cream. Mix well.

Take one cabbage (raw) cover it well with foil.

Take out coconut balls from fridge. Take toothpick and insert one cherry and then insert one coconut ball and dip in melted chocolate. Insert it in cabbage covered with foil.

1. Mix all the ingredients. Make small balls and keep it in fridge for 30 minutes.












2. Take long sheet of aluminium foil.
















3. Wrap it all over the cabbage.















4. Take one toothpick, insert one cherry, then coconut ball and dip in melted chocolate and insert it on covered cabbage. Store in fridge. Serve!
