CHEESY VEG BURGER

INGREDIENTS
1 cup boiled and mashed potato
1/4 cup boiled and mashed peas
1/4 cup boiled and roughly chopped or mashed corn
1/4 cup boiled and mashed carrot (optional)
1/2 cup + 1 cup (for coating) bread crumbs
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp garam masala
1 tsp chaat masala
1 tsp kasuri meethi
1 tsp garlic-ginger paste
salt to taste
1 tbsp cornflour
1 tbsp all-purpose flour (Maida)
4-6 burger buns
5-6 tbsp cheese spread
5-6 cheese slices
1/2 cup grated processed or mozzarella cheese

METHOD
In a bowl, take all the mashed vegetables (potato, corn, carrot and peas). Mix them well.

Add all the dried spices. Mix well. Add ginger-garlic paste.

Now add bread crumbs and mix well and combine together to make soft dough.

Divide dough in equal portion and make round balls of medium size and press it flat within your palm.

In a bowl, mix together all - purpose flour and cornflour. Take water to make thin consistency.

Dip potato-vegetable cutlet in cornflour batter.

In a flat plate or dish, spread bread crumbs and after dipping from cornflour coat them well with bread crumbs.

Heat oil and deep fry them, if you want you can shallow fry.

Take burger buns and slice it into half.

Melt butter on pan, warm buns from both the sides, put cheese spread on it. Keep cutlet, now put 1 cheese slice over and cover it with half bun.

8. Add water to make little thin batter.













9. Spread bread crumbs on plate.













10. Take medium sized ball and press it flat within your palm.













11. Dip in prepared cornflour batter.














12. Coat well from other side too.














13. Now coat in bread crumbs well all over.













14. Deep fry or shallow fry.













15. Like this.













16. Prepare all the cutlets.













17. Take burger buns.













18. Cut it into half.













19. Melt some butter in pan.













20. Warm it from both the sides with butter on pan.













21. Like this.













22. Put cheese slice.













23. On all the slices generously.













24. Keep cutlet.













25. Now cheese slice.













26. Cover it.





















27. Ready to melt in little ones mouth.
