EGG ON NEST

INGREDIENTS
1 Egg
1 big potato
salt and pepper to taste

METHOD
Peel and grate potato on large hole of grater. Sprinkle some salt all over.

Pour oil in non-stick pan (preferably), put grated potato all over. Press it lightly with your hand or spatula. Roast it till golden brown in color. (this takes around 3-4 minutes). Till that don't move potato or it might scatter. Flip it and make hole inside using spoon.
Break one egg. Cover it and let the yellow part.
Sprinkle salt and pepper.

IF POTATO NEST BREAK WHILE MAKING HOLE DON'T WORRY BREAK EGG IN CENTER IT WILL STICK AROUND

DEPENDING ON SIZE OF YOUR EGG MAKE HOLE ACCORDINGLY.

1. Grate 1 big potato on large hole of grater.

3. Once it is golden in color flip it and make hole in the center with the help of spoon or fork.

















4. Break egg in center.

















5. Cover it and cook till yellow part is done.

















6. You can check with your hands, its cooked.

















7. Egg nest is ready!
