SOYA MANCHURIAN/ NUTRELA MANCHURIAN/ ORIENTAL TANGY SOYA

INGREDIENTS
1 cup nutrela soya chunks
1 big finely chopped onion
1 tbsp finely chopped garlic
1 tsp mustard seeds
3-4 curry leaves
1 tsp soya sauce
2 tsp tomato sauce
1 tsp vinegar
1 tsp chilli powder (optional)
1 tsp garam masala


1/4 cup water
salt to taste
1 tbsp wheat flour
oil for frying
1 tsp lemon juice
1 chopped green chilli

METHOD
Boil nutrela soya chunks in 2 cups of water with some salt in it. Drain water and wash in lots of water and squeeze it. Put in a bowl and dust cornflour and wheat flour over it. Mix well so that it get stick to it. Take oil in deep pan. Deep fry these coated nutrela. Keep aside.

Heat some oil in pan, put mustard seeds, let it crackle, add curry leaves. Add onions and saute till golden in color. Add salt, garam masala, chilli powder. Now put soya sauce, tomato sauce and vinegar. Mix well. Add fried nutrela. Mix well. Put some water, cover it and let it cook for 1 minute. Sprinkle lemon juice and serve.

4. Mix well, flour will stick to it.















5. Deep fry nutrela.

7. Put mustard seeds let it splatter, add curry leaves and 1 tsp chopped garlic.












8. Add 1 big or 2 small finely chopped onion.












9. Add salt, garam masala and chilli powder.












10. Add 1 tsp soya sauce.












11. 2 tsp tomato sauce.












12. Add fried nutrela and 1/2 cup water.












13. Cover it and cook for about 1 minute.












14. Transfer it in serving bowl add 1 tsp freshly squeezed lemon juice and garnish with coriander.
