TAWA MASALA CHEESE OMELETTE / MASALA CHEESE OMELETTE

INGREDIENTS
2-3 eggs
1 finely chopped onion
1 finely chopped tomato
1 tsp chopped coriander 
3-4 tbsp grated processed cheese
salt to taste
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp garam masala
oil for cooking

METHOD

Heat oil in non-stick tawa, saute chopped onions till soft. Add tomatoes. Cook till tomatoes become soft. Add salt and turmeric. Transfer this mixture in a bowl. Clean tawa with tissue paper.  Beat 2-3 eggs in a bowl. Add little salt and turmeric in egg (be careful as salt is added in tomato onion mixture too) Add 1 tsp oil, pour eggs on tawa. Add onion tomato mixture over egg. Now add grated cheese. Cook for 1-2 minutes or till lower side becomes golden in color. Flip the egg and cook from other side too.

4. Add salt.















5. Now goes turmeric and garam masala.













6. Mix them well and cook till tomatoes become soft.












7. Transfer this mixture in a bowl.












8. Beat 2-3 eggs in a bowl.












9. Add salt and turmeric.












10. Spread it on same tawa.












11. Top it with onion tomato mixture.












12. Spread it all over the omelette. Add coriander.












13. Add grated processed cheese.












14. Flip it and cook from other side too.













15. Turn again and serve hot.
