INGREDIENTS
1 cup suji/rawa
1/2 cup curd
1/4 cup hot boiling water.
1/4 cup grated carrot
1/4 cup grated or finely chopped cabbage
1/4 cup finely grated beetroot
1/4 tsp fruit salt or baking soda
salt to taste
METHOD
In a bowl, mix together rawa, curd and all the vegetables. Add fruit salt and salt. Add hot boiling water in it. Mix well. Grease idli stands with oil. Pour this batter in it. Steam idlis by putting some water in cooker and keep idli stand in it. Let idlis cook.
