POHA IDLI

INGREDIENTS
1 cup poha
1 cup semolina/ rawa
1 cup curd
1/4 cup water
1 tsp fruit salt or baking soda
salt to taste

METHOD
Mix well poha, rawa, curd and water. Keep it aside for 15-20 minutes. Mix again. Add fruit salt and salt, mix well. Grease the idli stand and pour batter in it. Steam it, till it is cooked.

POHA ABSORBS WATER. IN CASE BATTER DRY UP ADD MORE WATER AND CURD TO MAKE PROPER IDLI BATTER.












1. Take 1 cup poha.












2. Add 1 cup suji.












3. Now 1 cup curd.












4. 1/2 cup water. Keep it aside for 15-20 minutes.












5. Add salt to taste.












6. 1 tsp fruit salt.












7. Grease idli mould.












8. Steam it till cooked.













9. Serve with sauce or chutney.

I tried out this one...the idlis were even more softer as compared to the rawa idlis ..melted in my mouth!!
