NUTRELA CUTLETS

INGREDIENTS
1 large boiled and mashed potato
1 cup/200 gm soaked and squeezed nutrela chunks/granules
1 chopped onion
1 tsp garam masala
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp chaat masala
1 tsp chopped garlic
1 tbsp all purpose flour
1 tbsp cornflour

METHOD
Boil nutrela chunks or granules, (whatever available) in water for 1 minute. Stain, squeeze excess water and keep aside. Mash boiled potato in a bowl and keep aside. In a pan, saute onions till golden in color. Add salt and other seasonings. Mix well. Add squeezed nutrela in mashed potatoes. Mix saute onions. Mix all the ingredients well. Make small balls of this mixture. Make a thin batter of cornflour and all purpose flour. Crumble bread to make fine crumbs. Dip nutrela balls in cornflour batter roll it in bread crumbs and shallow fry or deep fry.

1. Boil 1 large potato, boil and mash it. Keep it aside.













2. Boil nutrela chunks or granules in water for about 1 minute.














3. Stain water and squeeze out excess water.















4. Grind it to make a smooth paste. Add little water if required.














5. Mix nutrela paste with mashed potato.














6. Heat oil in a pan, saute 1 onion.














7. Add seasonings, salt, turmeric, garam masala, chaat masala.














8. Mix this onion in nutrela, potato mixture.














9. Make small round balls of this mixture.














10. Make thin batter of 1 tbsp cornflour and 1 tbsp of all purpose flour.














11. Spread 1 cup breadcrumbs on plate and coat balls with it.






















12. Coat all the balls and keep aside.














13. Heat oil in a pan, toast till golden brown in color.














14. Flip turn the cutlets and toast from other side.






















15. Serve hot with kids favorite tomato sauce.
