HOMEMADE RICE FLOUR

INGREDIENTS

1 cup rice

METHOD

Wash rice and soak in good amount of water for about 2-3 hours. Drain water. Spread it on kitchen cloth or paper for 3-4 hours. When it is completely dried. Grind it in blender to form a powder.
Heat thick bottomed pan, roast powdered rice for 2-3 minutes so that if any left over moisture dry up.
Let it cool down and store in air-tight container.
