RICE CROQUETTE

INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 cup cooked leftover rice
1/2 cup grated paneer (cottage cheese)
1/2 cup grated processed cheese
salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp garam masala
chili (optional)
1 large finely chopped onion
2 tbsp cornflour
1 cup bread crumbs
oil for frying


METHOD
In a bowl, mash cooked rice and add paneer, cheese, onion and salt and pepper. Mix it well. Combine all the ingredients well and give it oval or round shape depending on your choice.


Dissolve cornflour in 1/2 cup water to make thin batter. Dip croquettes in cornflour.
Now roll it in breadcrumbs. Heat oil in pan. Deep fry.

3. Add finely chopped onions. (Onions should be finely chopped or it can come out)












4. Add salt, pepper and garam masala (be careful while adding salt in case your rice already have)













5. Give them desired shape.












6. Dip it in thin cornflour batter.












7. Roll all over bread crumbs.













8. Deep fry in hot oil.












9. Serve hot!
