5 MINUTE EGGLESS PLUM CAKE

INGREDIENTS
1 cup whole wheat flour or all-purpose flour
2 tbsp cocoa powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 cup powdered sugar
1/4 cup oil or melted butter
1/2 cup raisins, tutti-fruity, dried cherry
1/4 cup nuts of your choice (walnut, almond)
1/2 cup water


 


METHOD
Boil water and soak nuts and dried fruits in it for about 5-10 minutes.

In a bowl sift together flour, cocoa powder, baking soda. Now add dried nuts and fruits with water

If required add milk.

Grease microwave proof bowl and cook for 4-5 minutes.

Serve.

3. Add 1/4 cup oil.


















4. Now soaked dried cherries with water.


















5. Make a smooth batter.


















6. Transfer it in greased microwave proofed bowl.



















7. Keep it in microwave for 4-5 minutes.



















8. It's ready!


















9. Turn it upside down.

11. Top it with cherry and serve.
