ICE CREAM FRUIT COCKTAIL

INGREDIENTS
2 cups chopped fruits of your choice (Mango, pineapple, cherry, papaya, muskmelon, kiwi, strawberry)
3-4 scoops of vanilla ice-cream
1 cup whipped cream

METHOD
Take cocktail glass or bowl in which you want to set pudding.
Set the bottom with chopped mango or any other fruit of your choice. Put 1 tbsp of whipped cream over it. Put chopped pineapple over it. Then 1 big scoop of ice-cream. Level it with the help of spoon.

Put another fruit of your choice on it. Now repeat the process of whipped cream-fruit-ice cream.

Garnish with fruits on top.

Freeze it for 1-2 hour and serve.

Don't freeze it more than 2 hours or whipped cream will become hard. In case you are planning to serve late. Transfer it from freezer to fridge after 2 hours.

9. Garnish with fruits and freeze for 1-2 hours.
