SWEET CORN SANDWICH / CORN SANDWICH

INGREDIENTS
1 cup sweet corn
1 finely chopped onion
6-7 bread slices (white/brown/multi-grain)
1 tsp garam masala
1 tsp turmeric powder
salt to taste
1/2 tsp sugar (optional)
green chilli (optional)
2 tbsp butter

METHOD
Take corn and coarsely grind in blender. Don't make smooth paste, keep it little coarse.

Heat 1 tbsp butter in pan, saute onions till golden in color, add salt and garam masala and sugar.


Add coarsely grinded corn. Mix well and saute for 3-4 minutes.

Heat 1 tbsp butter in non-stick pan or tawa, keep bread slice and toast from one side till golden or soft.

Spread 1-2 tbsp of corn mixture over it. Cover it with other bread slice.
Toast it from other side. Cut into desired shape and serve.

7. Mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes. Add some coriander.













8. Put 1 tbsp butter on heat pan, keep bread slices and toast from one side.












9. Flip it and put corn mixture generously.

10. Toast it bread from both sides well.












11. Cut bread in your kids favorite shape.
