INGREDIENTS
2 cups whole wheat flour (Atta)
1 tbsp yeast
1 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsp olive oil
1 cup warm water

For topping
1 cup Pizza sauce or tomato sauce
1 cup thinly sliced capsicum
1 cup thinly sliced onions
1 cup sliced tomatoes
1/2 cup olives (optional)
1/2 cup corn (optional)
2 heaped tsp oregano
salt to taste
chilli flakes (optional)

METHOD
In a big bowl or glass dissolve yeast in 1/2 cup warm water with sugar. Keep it aside for 10-15 minutes or till yeast form bubbles. Mix it well with spoon.

Take flour in bowl add yeast water in it and add more warm water and knead loose sticky dough. Now add 2 tbsp olive oil. Mix well
Transfer this dough in greased deep bowl (bowl should be deep as dough occupies space after rising) .

Close with lid and wrap the bowl with towel. Keep bowl in warm place for 2 hours or till it doubles in size. (depending on the climate of your city time varies in raising dough, more warm weather less time it takes to raise).

Keep all the sliced and chopped vegetables in a bowl. Put oregano and salt. (put salt only while starting the procedure as it helps vegetable leave water).

After 2 hours take out the dough. Spread good amount of dry flour on clean slab or chopping board. Punch the dough with sprinkling flour on it at least 3-4 times.
Divide dough in equal portions and make medium sized balls.

Roll the dough in round shape.

Take rolled dough and put cheese on it. Cover it with other rolled dough.

Seal the edges with water. Prick it all over with fork.

Put 2-3 tbsp of pizza sauce over it.

Top it with veggies and grated cheese.

Put at least 5-6 tbsp of olive oil over it .

Grease the baking tray well with oil.

Pre - heat oven at 230° C and bake it for 15-20 minutes or till its golden in color.

YEAST SHOULD BE DISSOLVED IN WARM WATER ONLY. COLD OR HOT WATER WILL DESTROY YEAST.

ALWAYS CHECK THE BASE OF PIZZA TO ENSURE IT'S BAKED. IT SHOULD BE BROWN IN COLOR.
