2 cups besan
1 cup suji
1 cup washed and chopped spinach
1 cup washed and chopped methi (fenugreek leaves)
1 cup washed and grated broccoli
1 cup grated potato
1 tbsp crushed garlic
1 cup grated bottle gourd
1 tsp ginger chilli paste
1/2 cup finely chopped coriander leaves
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 1/2 cup water
1 tbsp schezwan chutney
salt to taste
METHOD
Mix together all the above ingredients, add water and make thick batter.
Pour the batter in greased cake tin.
Steam on high flame for 10-15 minutes.
Let it cool down completely
De-mould and slice
Heat some oil in pan, Keep slice and cook from all the sides.
Pack in kids school lunch box or enjoy in breakfast.
