ATTA EGGLESS COCONUT COOKIES

 INGREDIENTS

1 cup Atta (whole wheat flour)

1/2 cup desiccated coconut

1/2 cup ghee or melted butter

1/2 cup powdered sugar

1 tsp baking powder

3-4 tbsp water 


METHOD

Add atta, desiccated powder and baking powder. Mix well.

In other bowl, mix together sugar and ghee. Beat till light and airy.

Add flour in batches, combine together, add water little by little to combine like dough.

Make lemon sized balls, coat in desiccated coconut.

Bake at 180 degree celsius for 12-15 minutes.

Let it cool down completely.

Serve.
