INGREDIENTS
1/2 ghee (clarified butter)
1/2 suji (semolina)
1/2 cup milk powder
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup homemade instant Mawa / Khoya
1 cup water / milk
1/4 cup nuts of your choice
METHOD
In heavy bottomed pan, add ghee and roast suji till aromatic and golden
Add milk powder and sugar.
Add mawa and cook on low to medium flame stirring continuously. Cook till it turns golden in colour. Add nuts of your choice.
Add milk or water to it
Cook till it comes together.
Transfer in greased pan and top with some more nuts
Let it set for 1-2 hours in frigde.
Slice and serve
