PANEER KABAB / PANEER SEEKH KABAB / COTTAGE CHEESE KABAB

INGREDIENTS 
1 cup Paneer (Cottage cheese)
1/4 cup boiled and mashed potato
2 tbsp rice flour or all-purpose flour
3 tbsp breadcrumbs
1/2 inch finely chopped ginger
1 small sized finely chopped onion
1 small sized finely chopped capsicum (optional) one can use mix of capsicum, red bell pepper and yellow bell pepper
1/2 tsp cumin powder (jeera powder)
1 tsp chaat masala
salt and chilli to taste
some freshly chopped coriander leaves
oil for deep frying


METHOD
Mash paneer, add grated potato, finely chopped onion, finely chopped capsicum, chaat masala, cumin powder, salt and chilli. Take taste test, if required adjust spices accordingly.


Now add rice flour or wheat flour whatever is available with you. Add breadcrumbs and mix well. Add finely chopped coriander leaves and mix well.

Take skewer sticks or ice-cream sticks. Take mix and stick it around.

Heat oil to medium level, deep fry and serve hot.

IN CASE, WHILE FRYING IF DOUGH BREAK OR SCATTER ADD MORE FLOUR TO IT.

3. Add salt and rest of the spices. Mix well.










4. Take skewer sticks or ice-cream stick.








5. Stick around the paneer mix.








6. Give it a oval shape.

8. Serve hot!
