MINI BREAD PIZZA

INGREDIENTS
1 finely chopped onion
1 finely chopped tomato
1 finely chopped capsicum
1/4 cup boiled corn
1 tsp oregano
2-3 tbsp tomato sauce
1/2 cup grated cheese( processed or mozzarella)
Salt and pepper to taste
9-10 bread slices

For bread spread:
1 cup softened butter
1/2 cup tomato sauce
1/4 tsp oregano
Don't add salt in it

METHOD
In a bowl mix all the veggies. Add salt, oregano, tomato sauce and grated cheese. Mix well. Keep aside.

For bread spread:
In a bowl mix together softened butter and tomato sauce. Add oregano. Mix well. Make sure butter is softened. (For softened butter keep it outside this fridge for 15-20 minutes.

Take a bread slice. Cut it from center with cookie cutter or with bowl.

Apply bread spread on the bread evenly all over. Put a generous amount of veggie mix over it.

For oven bake, pre-heat oven at 180 degrees Celsius and bake for 10-15 minutes.

For tawa toast:

Heat a non-stick, reduce the flame to low. Keep bread slices. Cover with lid, let it roast for 5-10 minutes or till cheese melts. If you want crispy base, keep for little longer time.

Let it come down to room temperature and pack in kids tiffin or serve in breakfast.

11. Bake in post heated oven at 180 degrees for 10-15 minutes.










12. Or toast in non stick pan for 5-10 minutes or till cheese melts completely.










13. Tawa toast is ready.













14. Oven baked.














15. Serve in kids tiffin.
