SUPER SOFT CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES / CHEWY CHOCO-CHIP COOKIES / CHOCOLATE COOKIES

INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup all purpose flour or whole wheat flour
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1/4 cup softened butter
1/3 cup powdered sugar
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 Choco chips
1-2 tbsp milk (2-3 tbsp milk if using whole wheat flour)

METHOD
Mix together flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking soda and baking powder. Add softened butter and rub gently. Add chocolate chip. Add milk to make combine all ingredients to make soft dough. Cover and keep it in fridge for 10 minutes.

After 10 minutes start pre-heating the oven. 


Take out the dough and make small balls and keep it on greased baking tray or put it on parchment paper. Put some more chocolate chips on top.

Bake it in pre-heated oven for Only 10 minutes at 160 degree Celsius.

Don't increase the time of baking or cookies will become crisp and crunchy.


Let cookies cool down completely before enjoying.
