1 cup washed and roughly black grapes
1 cup curd
1/2 tsp black salt
3-4 tsp sugar (adjust according to your taste)
1 1/2 glass water (adjust according to the thickness of lassi you want)
few leaves of fresh mint or 1/2 tsp dried mint (I used dried mint as fresh was not available with me)
In a jar, blend together grapes, sugar and mint leaves till sugar and grapes dissolves.
Now add curd and blend again. Add water and give a final blend.
Your lassi is ready to serve.
You can add ice for more refreshing taste.
IF YOU DON'T HAVE BLACK GRAPES TRY THE LASSI WITH GREEN GRAPES.
1. Blend together sugar, grapes and mint.
2. Give a good mix till sugar and grapes dissolved.
3. Add curd.
4. Blend again. Finally add water and give a final blend.
