ANIRUDH SINGH- BISCUIT CAKE

INGREDIENTS
80 gms Parle Biscuits
1/4 tsp Baking powder
2 tbsp Bournvita 
1/2 cup powdered sugar
60-80 ml Milk
1/2 cup chopped dry fruits 

For Garnishing:

Chocolate syrup 
Butterscotch syrup

METHOD
Crush biscuits in mixer grinder till it become fine powder. Add bournvita, powdered sugar, chopped dry fruits and baking powder and mix it in biscuit powder. Add milk to make batter. 


 



Transfer the batter in a microwave compatible container and microwave for 2:30min at high temperature. 

Take out the container from microwave and let it come down to room temperature.

Transfer the cake in serving dish and garnish with chocolate syrup, butterscotch syrup and chopped dry fruits and serve!
