INGREDIENTS
1 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 cup softened butter
1/2 cup powdered sugar
2-3 tbsp milk
1/4 cup pistachios (roughly chopped)
METHOD
Take flour and butter in bowl. Rub it together with your fingertips to make breadcrumb like texture.
Add powdered sugar, pistachios. Mix well.
Add milk to combine all together.
Make small balls. Press it flat between your palm. Garnish more pistachios on top of it.
Grease baking tray, keep cookies and bake it in pre-heated oven at 180 degree Celsius for 10-12 minutes.
