SON-PAPDI MILK

INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup son papdi
1/4 cup chopped almonds
1 1/2 glass milk
few strands of saffron
sugar as per taste


 










METHOD
Dissolve saffron in cold milk for about 5-10 minutes and keep aside.

Boil the milk add crushed son-papdi in it and simmer for 15-20 minutes or till it thickens according to your preference.

Add chopped almonds and dissolved saffron-milk. If required add sugar according to your taste. Stir and serve.
