water for making batter
salt to taste
1/4 tsp carom seeds (ajwain)

Heat some oil or butter in pan, saute onions till transparent. Add chopped veggies, cover with lid and cook till its done. Add boiled and mashed potato in it.

Add salt, chaat masala, oregano and pepper. Mix well and add tomato sauce.

Turn off the flame and mix grated processed or mozzarella cheese.

Now prepare thin batter of maize flour using all the above ingredients mentioned for batter.

Cut the edges of bread, sprinkle water and roll it softly with rolling pin.

Wet your palm well with water. Put filling in it and give it oval shape, use water while rolling it to avoid any breakage of bread.

Heat oil in pan.

Coat bread well in the batter and deep fry.

Oil will become sizzling because of this batter so be careful.

IT TAKES TIME FOR ROLLS TO TURN BROWN. FRY ON LOW FLAME.
