MAKKI KI ROTI (MAIZE CHAPATI)

INGREDIENTS
2 cups makki atta
1 cup gahoon atta (whole wheat flour)
1 tsp carom seeds (ajwain)
salt to taste

METHOD
Mix all the ingredients and make dough using as less water as possible. Knead hard dough.

Take big sized ball and roll it with rolling pin softly or you can use hands to roll it. (wet palm with water and roll it)

Heat some oil in tawa and cook.

Serve with sarson ka saag.

3. Take large amount of dough.











4. Roll it using good amount of dry flour. Tilt chalka and take chapati in your palm and keep on tawa.
