HONEY POTATO

INGREDIENTS
3-4 boiled potatoes
1 tbsp cornflour
4-5 finely chopped garlic cloves
2 tsp kasuri meethi
1 tsp pizza sauce
1 tsp tomato sauce
1 tsp honey
salt to taste
oil for frying

METHOD
Coat boiled potatoes in cornflour and deep fry. In a pan, heat 1 tsp oil, add chopped garlic saute till golden in color. Add tomato sauce, pizza sauce, kasuri meethi and salt.

Add boiled potatoes mix well. Add honey and switch off the flame. Mix well.

Serve.

1. Coat boiled potatoes with cornflour.



2. Deep fry till golden and crunchy. Over do it little bit to retain crunchiness.














3. In pan, heat oil add finely chopped garlic saute till golden in color.














4. Add salsa or pizza sauce (I used market made pizza sauce), tomato sauce, kasuri meethi, salt.














5. Add fried potatoes and honey and turn off the gas. Mix well.






















6. Serve!!
