VEGGIE BREAD RINGLETS

INGREDIENTS
For Filling:
1 large finely chopped onion
1 large finely chopped tomato
1 medium sized finely chopped capsicum
1/4 cup crumbled paneer (cottage cheese) (optional)
1/2 cup grated cheese (processed or mozzarella)
1/2 tsp oregano
salt to taste
1 tbsp tomato sauce

For Spread:
3-4 tbsp softened butter
2-3 tbsp tomato sauce
2 tbsp grated cheese
1 tbsp paneer

6-7 bread slices

METHOD
Take bread slices and core it with the help of bowl or lid as shown in pictures below. Keep aside.

For Filling:
In a bowl, mix together, all the chopped vegetables, cheese, cottage cheese, salt, oregano and tomato sauce.

For spread:
Mix together butter, sauce, cheese, paneer.

Now take bread slice put the spread top with veggies filling generously. Cover with bread ringlets as shown in pic below.

Again put some spread on bread.

Pre-heat oven at 180°C and bake it for 10-15 minutes.

1. Mix all the ingredients of filling and keep aside.


















2. Mix well softened butter, tomato sauce, cheese and panner (don't add salt as processed cheese and tomato sauce contains sauce)


















3. Take 2 bread slice, cut with bowl or lid in round shape.


















3. Now take smaller bowl than previous bowl.

5. Put the spread on bread slice.


















6. Add vegetable filling.


















7. Cover with bread ringlet.


















8. Put some more spread.


















9. Bake it in oven for 10-15 minutes.


















10. It's ready!


















11. Serve and put jam or butter or anything which your child like and use inner ringlet.
