TAMARIND POTATO SNACK

INGREDIENTS
1 cup boiled and thickly sliced potatoes
1 tbsp cornflour
1 tbsp TAMARIND / IMLI CHUTNEY

Dry spices:
1 tsp roasted cumin powder
1 tsp kasuri meethi powder
1/2 tsp chaat masala
red chilli powder and salt to taste

METHOD
Cut boiled potatoes thickly. Sprinkle cornflour over it and deep fry in oil. Keep aside

In a pan, heat 1 tsp oil, add all the dry spices and saute for 1-2 minute. Add TAMARIND / IMLI CHUTNEY and mix well. Saute for 1 more minute.

Add water mix well, add fried potatoes, cook on high flame for 1-2 minute and serve!

2. Deep fry. Keep aside.






















3. In a pan, heat 1 tsp oil, add all dry spices and saute for 1 minute.






















4.  Now add 1 tbsp TAMARIND / IMLI CHUTNEY






















5. Add little bit of water to if paste is too thick.






















6. Add fried potatoes mix well. Cook on high flame for 2 minutes.






















7. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve!
