FLOWER COOKIES

INGREDIENTS
1 cup whole wheat flour or all-purpose flour
3/4 cup powdered sugar
1/4 cup softened butter
2-3 tbsp milk (add more if required)
1 tsp vanilla essence
1-2 tbsp cocoa powder

METHOD
Mix together flour, sugar, vanilla essence and softened butter. Rub it well with your hands to make breadcrumbs like texture.

Add powdered sugar and mix well. Add milk 1 tbsp at a time kneading dough side by side.

Make smooth dough.

Divide dough in equal part.

Take one part of dough and add cocoa powder and knead again, well.

Take some portion of both vanilla and chocolate dough make big ball and roll it in rectangular shape as shown in pic below.

cut it into equal medium sized pieces.

And decorate according to your desire. Refer pics below.

1. Take flour add vanilla essence and softened butter.


















2. Rub it with your fingertips to form breadcrumb like texture.







3. Add powdered sugar.






4. Add milk little by little forming smooth dough.





5. Dough is ready.






6. Divide dough in equal portion.




7. Take one portion and add 1-2 tbsp cocoa powder and again knead it well so that cocoa powder get blend well.




8. Chocolate dough is ready


















9. Take some portion of vanilla and roll on clean slab like this (after making chocolate dough I immediately made vanilla dough due to which it got some chocolate color on it. Be careful and wash hands before rolling vanilla dough.)


















11. Cut both dough like this.



















12. Make whatever shape you or your kid like.


















13. Bake it for 10-15 minutes.


















14. Serve!
