STRAWBERRY MUFFIN


INGREDIENTS
7-8 Strawberries
1/2 cup whole wheat flour 
1/2 cup refined flour or all purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder 
1 tsp baking soda 
1 cup powdered sugar 
1/2 cup melted butter 
1 tsp vanilla essence 
2 Eggs (vegetarians can omit it and can add 1/4 cup curd)

METHOD
Wash strawberries and grind it to make smooth paste.

Sieve flours, baking powder, baking soda and keep aside.

 In a bowl, add butter and sugar. Mix it well till sugar dissolves. Add egg and vanilla essence and beat well again for 2-3 minutes. 

Add this egg-sugar mixture in sieved flour. Now add strawberry paste in it. Fold well.

Grease muffin moulds with butter. Transfer the batter in it.

Pre-heat oven at 180°C and bake it for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown and a skewer comes out clean when tested in the middle of the Muffin.
