CHOCOLATE COCONUT COOKIES

INGREDIENTS
Dry Ingredients
1 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 cup powdered oats
1/4 cup dessicated coconut
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 cup powdered sugar

Wet Ingredients
1/2 cup dark chocolate or choco chips
1/4 cup melted butter
1/2 tsp vanilla essence
1/4 cup milk


METHOD

In a bowl, mix all the dry ingredients.

Melt choco chips in microwave. Add melted butter and vanilla essence in it. Mix well.

Mix this melted chocolate in dry ingredients. Rub it well with hands or spoon making crumbled mixture.


Add milk and make dough.

Divide dough in equal portions and coat it with dessicated coconut. Keep it in fridge for 30-45 minutes.

Pre-heat oven at 180°C and bake cookies for 10-15 minutes.

IF USING ALL-PURPOSE FLOUR, MILK REQUIRED WILL BE LESS, AROUND 1-2 TBSP.

3. Add melted butter and vanilla essence.















4. Mix well.















5. Add this melted choco in dry ingredients.















6. Mix it well to make crumbled like texture.



















7. Add 1/4 cup milk.















8. Make dough.















9. Divide dough in equal portions and coat it with dessicated coconut powder.















10. Balls are ready keep it in fridge for 30-45 minutes.
















11. Bake them at 180°C Pre-heated oven for 10-15 minutes.
















12. Cookies are ready. Store them in air-tight jar.
