EGG PARTY BUNS

INGREDIENTS
4-5 Eggs
1 large onion finely chopped
2 medium sized finely chopped tomatoes
salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp garam masala
1 tsp oregano
1 tbsp tomato sauce
1 cup WHOLE WHEAT FLOUR WHITE SAUCE
1/2 cup grated cheese (mozzarella/processed)

METHOD
Make WHOLE WHEAT FLOUR WHITE SAUCE and keep aside.
Beat eggs and keep aside. Heat oil in pan. Saute onions till golden in color. Add seasonings like salt, pepper, oregano. Mix well. Add tomatoes and cover with lid. Open after 2-3 minutes. Add tomato sauce.

Now goes well beaten eggs. Cook till eggs become little dry. Leave eggs little moist as after baking it becomes dry. Add grated cheese and keep aside.

Take burger buns. Slice thinly from top. Make well by taking out crumbs with help of knife or peeler. (You can use crust as bread crumb in any recipe)
Add prepared scrambled egg. Cover it with WHOLE WHEAT FLOUR WHITE SAUCE

Pre-heat oven at 190°C. Bake it for 5-6 minutes or till white sauce becomes golden in color.

I PREFER TO MAKE WHITE SAUCE IN ADVANCE AS IT SAVES LOT OF TIME WHILE PREPARING.

3. Chopped tomatoes. Cover with lid and cook till tomatoes become soft.














4. Masala is ready!














5. Add eggs.














6. Mix well and cook.













7. Leave eggs little moist.














8. WHOLE WHEAT FLOUR WHITE SAUCE and scrambled egg is ready!














9. Thinly slice the top and keep aside.














10. Make a well in burger by taking out inner crust.















11. Like this.














12. Fill generously scrambled egg.














13. Top it with WHOLE WHEAT FLOUR WHITE SAUCE















14. Bake in pre-heated oven for 5-6 minutes at 190°C.















15. Decorate with tomato sauce and make cap with leftover thin slice.
