BAKED VEGETABLE BREAD ROLLS

INGREDIENTS
4-5 bread slices (white/brown)
2 boiled and mashed potato
1/2 cup boiled and mashed peas
1 tsp chaat masala
salt to taste
1 tsp garam masala
1 tsp kasuri meethi (dried fenugreek leaves)

METHOD
Take boiled and mashed potato. Mix boiled and mashed peas in it. Add salt, garam masala, chaat masala and kasuri meethi. Mix well. Keep aside.
Cut edges of the bread.Take bread slice in your hand, and wet it little to make it extra soft.Like normal bread rolls.
Fill potato stuffing in it and close it to make flat rolls.
Use water if needed to make rolls.
Pre-heat oven at 180*C.
Grease baking tray with oil. Keep rolls on it and bake it for 15 minutes or till golden in color.

1. Mash 2 small or 1 large boiled potato.












2. Mix 1/2 cup mashed and boiled peas.












3. Add salt and other seasoning.












4. Mix it well.












5. Cut the edges of bread.




















6. Wet your palm well with water.












7. Thereafter wet bread little by little with your hands to make it extra soft.












8. Put vegetable mix on it.




















9. Roll it with wet hands.




















10. Grease baking tray and put the rolls.

















11. Pre-heat oven at 180*C.












12. Bake it for 15 minutes and serve with tomato sauce.
