WATERMELON ICE STICK

INGREDIENTS
1 cup chopped watermelon
1 tbsp sugar
1 tsp lemon juice (optional)


METHOD
Grind watermelon, sugar and lemon juice in a blender. Pour in kulfi moulds. Freeze for 5-6 hours and enjoy.

ADJUST SUGAR QUANTITY ACCORDING TO THE SWEETNESS OF WATERMELON.







ALWAYS TASTE PUREE BEFORE POURING IN MOULDS.

1. Take chopped 1 cup watermelon.









2. Add 1 tsp lemon juice.











3. Add 1 tbsp Sugar.












4. Blend to form a smooth puree.













5. Pour in moulds.














6. Close it and freeze for 5-6 hours.
