INGREDIENTS
1 cup soya granules or soya chunks
1 medium sized chopped onion
1 medium sized chopped tomatoes
1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
1 tsp garam masala
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp chaat masala
salt to taste
1/4 cup grated processed cheese (optional)
6-7 bread slices (white/brown/multi-grain)
METHOD
Boil water and soak soya in it for 2 minutes and drain the excess water. Squeeze the excess water with your hands and keep it aside. In a pan or kadai heat oil, put chopped onion and saute till golden brown. Add chopped tomatoes and ginger-garlic paste. cook it till tomatoes becomes soft. Add seasonings, salt, garam masala, turmeric, chaat masala. Add soya in it. Mix well. Turn off the gas, let mixture come down to room temperature. Transfer this mixture in blender to make smooth paste. Now add grated cheese in it. Grease toaster with oil. Put the mixture on bread slices cover it with another slice and toast it in sandwich maker or on tawa till golden brown in color. Serve hot with sauce.
YOU CAN BLEND SOYA INTO PUREE BEFORE ADDING INTO ONION TOMATO PASTE, ACCORDING TO YOUR CONVENIENCE.
YOU CAN ADD CHOPPED VEGETABLES OR PANEER IN IT TO MAKE IT MORE HEALTHY.

14. After 5-10 minutes.

Which nutrela to use, chunks or granules, which give better taste
Swati, You can use any of these depending on availability. As per taste, both are equally good. Important thing is to make paste and it can be made from either of it
