INGREDIENTS
1 apple peeled and chopped
1 small banana
2 strawberries
¾ cup oats
1 cup milk
6-7 chopped almonds
2 tbsp honey
METHOD
Grind apples and bananas to make a paste. In a pan, put
banana, apple puree. Add oats, milk cook for 5 minutes. Turn off the gas, add
honey and strawberries. Serve hot with chopped banana, strawberries and
almonds.

If your kids don’t like chopped almonds you can
grind and add it.
